  Alex

  Owner and former Master Technician, Alex oversees all shop operations and quality control. While he no longer works in the bays daily, he assists with complex diagnostic or drivability challenges to ensure every repair meets factory-level precision.

  Bruce

  A former Master Technician with over 30 years of automotive experience, Bruce now works at the front of the shop as a service advisor alongside Alex. His deep technical background and clear communication help customers fully understand their vehicles and feel confident in every recommendation.

  Kevin

  A Master Technician and former BMW technician at Motor Werks of Barrington, Kevin joined Manfred’s in 2018. His exceptional diagnostic skill and attention to detail with BMW and all European vehicles make him one of the area’s most trusted import specialists.

  A Master Technician who joined in 2023, Raul brings extensive European repair experience and a sharp diagnostic mindset that complements our high standards.

  Anakin joined Manfred’s Import Auto in January 2025 as an apprentice technician. He works closely with our experienced techs, learning the ins and outs of quality auto repair while helping keep the shop running smoothly.
